My First Post (since coming back to Korea)

Hey Everyone,

I'm back in Korea now. I made it safe and sound, rolling in to my city at about 10:00 am, a Saturday ago. The week here seems to have gone by pretty fast. My first night here, my friends who were still here went out for dinner with me, getting some good Korean food in my belly. I must say it was a good first few days. Then, my job started....

Actually the job isn't too bad. I'm teaching 3 classes right now, it's the winter session, which only lasts about 4 weeks, then we go out on our regular schedule. So, like I said I'm teaching 3 classes, which seems like fun but its one class 50 min long and then 2 classes 2 1/2 hrs long. Those seem to drag on much too long of a time. Once this session is over, I'll be back to what's called the normal session, which will be 7 classes of 50 minutes each.

I've uploaded a couple of pics of my apartment so you can see the wondrously spacious abode that I'm inhabiting right now.

Here's something a cellphone shouldn't be without!
Finally, a chocolate bar for singers of bad rap music.

David--good to hear from you again! It looks like you've settled in quite nicely, and your apartment looks very comfortable! How spacious is it? Classes 2 1/2 hours long can be a real challenge, I'm sure!

Good to see you back! (On your blog, I mean!) The place looks great! Is it really that neat? Tell the truth! All the best with your teaching, and you're in our prayers!

Coolness. Love the Crunky bar and Spiderman poster.
I had forgotten about the unconstrained showers-- how do you like them, anyway? Good, bad, or just different?

Good to hear from you again-- keep up the blogging!
